Returns & Refund Policy

At LunaVia Sleep, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or replacement in accordance with the policy below.


1. Return Period

You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, where possible.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper use may not qualify for a refund.


3. How to Initiate a Return

You can easily start your return through our self-service portal:

Please include your order number and contact details when submitting your request.
Once your return is approved, you will receive full instructions on how to ship your item back to us.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent,
the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to a defect or our error, LunaVia Sleep will cover the return postage costs in full.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened unless faulty:

  • Orthopaedic pillows and cushions

  • Pillowcases or bedding items

  • Any product marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
