Warranty Claim Information

At LunaVia Sleep, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy them with complete peace of mind. That is why we proudly offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all LunaVia pillows and a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all other products.


What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. If you experience an issue with the quality or performance of your product during the warranty period, we will work with you to resolve it.


How Does It Work?

The process is straightforward:

    • If you experience a problem covered under warranty within the first 2 years (for pillows) or 1 year (for other products) from the date of purchase, please contact us.

    • We will assess your claim and, if eligible, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

    • Your satisfaction is always our priority.


What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear;

    • Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions;

    • Accidental damage;

    • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Please note: if your issue falls outside the warranty terms, we may still be able to advise or assist you.

If you have purchased one of our products as a gift, please ensure the recipient has the order number from your confirmation email. We cannot verify an order or process a warranty claim without it.
