Shipping Policy (United Kingdom)

1. Shipping Coverage

LunaVia™ currently offers delivery exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We aim to expand our delivery network to other regions soon.

All orders are fulfilled using a Standard Delivery service provided through our trusted logistics partners (AliExpress Standard Shipping or equivalent UK couriers, depending on location and availability).


2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): 2–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, seasonal demand, or external factors beyond our control (such as weather or postal delays).


3. Shipping Fees

We offer Free Standard Delivery on orders above a minimum order value, which may vary depending on current offers or promotions.
For orders below this value, standard delivery fees may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number automatically via the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Delays, Lost or Damaged Orders

While we strive to ensure every order arrives within the expected timeframe, unforeseen delays may occur.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at support@lunaviasleep.com.

In the event of significant delays or confirmed loss, LunaVia™ will work directly with you to resolve the situation, which may include:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement order, potentially with complimentary items or discounts as a gesture of goodwill.

Damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.


6. Undelivered Orders & Address Issues

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if it was not collected in time, we can resend it once the correct details are confirmed.
A re-shipping fee may apply if the initial delivery failed for reasons outside our control.


7. Customs & Taxes

All UK deliveries are domestic and therefore not subject to import duties or customs taxes.
Should you order from outside the United Kingdom in the future, additional fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
